Aura Salonware vs EnvisionNow: Which is best for you?

The Help Center videos could be a but more intuitive and comprehensive from a search perspective, I couldn't always find the answers to needed questions, but customer support has been very responsive.

One of the main drawbacks of Aura Salonware is its steep learning curve for new users. While it offers a wide range of features, the interface can feel overwhelming and unintuitive at first, especially for salon staff who may not be tech-savvy.

Great color-coded daily scheduling, overall easy check in and check out process, fairly simple to learn/teach the basics, allows for multiple service options, nice in-store gift card tracking, very helpful support staff, sweet phone app.

They did not stay up with the times. Once my salon got bigger the marketing lacked, the online booking features lacked, the customer service lacked and it just overall was meh.
