- It is user-friendly plugin that anyone can easily install and use it on their Wordpress website for appointment management, reservations, payments and much more features that doesn't require any coding or design skills.
- Notifications are spotty, the calendar and appointments can't be customized to the time you want, the support is horrible with me hoping to get a response within 2 days from someone with a Gmail account, my settings in my dashboard don't work.
- We are an e-bike service provider, We spent a long time looking for a booking system that accepts the payment method in Denmark and gives us full control to schedule our appointments and follow up after the service.
- Another bug in the group booking feature is that it is only available on service selection level (eg. tour 1, 2 and 3). If you set the widget to only show tour 1, there is no possibility anymore to book for a group. If I reach out to their customer service to improve on all this, I get more or less the same answer over the years: it is like it is and I dont get a sense of ambitions to change or update (sometimes they offer me some kind of workarounds with other paid features - haha).
