My experience with Kenko as a booking tool has been excellent, providing the essential features I needed to efficiently set up and manage my business operations.

Many tools feel redundant and poorly integrated, and essential settings are buried under multiple layers of menus, forcing you to dig endlessly just to make simple changes.

I like how we get so much information on each person, the number of visits the last time they checked in, how long they’ve been a member, we have the option of entering how much they paid the last time because we have a lot of discounts and it really helps us know what discount the person had.

That is mainly because we are open 24 hours a day and sometimes members have not paid their monthly dues and can't get in until the next working day.
