It allows lots of customizations, you can set up one time links for specific situations, it sends reminders to attendees, and allows me to ask questions of the person making the appointments if I want them.

It’s just hard if you have to schedule for multiple people because you have to look up each person’s calendar and then go on calendar and look for an appointment time.

In my field, there are people who benefit from staggered reminders (e.g., email 2 days before and SMS one day before).

The integration with zoom was difficult as I was required to sign in, and was not recognized as host (could be a zoom issue). When practitioners input their notes, the notes were not being saved.
