- It’s just hard if you have to schedule for multiple people because you have to look up each person’s calendar and then go on calendar and look for an appointment time.
- It was easy to setup and has tons of customization options, from availability to reminder/confirmation emails and the look and feel of the booking form.
- There is too much focus on having all the bells and whistles vs., more important, easy to use basics.
