About Pike13
Pike13 is a cloud-based client management and scheduling software solution that targets health and wellness clubs, fitness studios and music and dance studios. This solution features scheduling, billing, client management, reporting functionalities and more.
Pike13 helps users to manage online booking, client sign-up, monthly payment collection and client notifications. It supports electronic payments, coupons, discounts and credits. Payroll management is also offered.
Pike13 provides reporting and analytics functionalities to analyze client details and trends. Users can add new client information and manage customer relationships using this tool. Additional notes can be added to client profiles by the user.
Pike13 is accessible via various devices and is PCI DSS compliant. It also integrates with third-party applications such as MailChimp and Emma for email marketing, Smartwaiver for sales and marketing automation and Google Analytics.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and other online resources.

The Pike13 Kiosk App Does Not Work

Pike has the potential to be a great fitness software disruptor, and provide a good alternative to MINDBODY. Unfortunately, the company suffers from poor inter office communication and less than honest practices.

Initially because it was cheaper than MINDBODY, although the hassles as missteps on the part of the company have made me regret my decision. Be careful when speaking to their salespeople. They will tell you anything to get you to sign their contract.

500 Errors, Slow, Unreliable

The software is unreliable, and user interface is not super intuitive as many features and settings are hidden in odd places that don't make sense. If I wasn't forced to use this product as part of our franchise, I would have moved to a different platform a long time ago. The unreliability is completely unacceptable.

I had Mind/Body in the past and switch after poor service from them, My web designer suggested Frontdeskhq and I am so glad he did. I have contacted customer service many times (sorry) but have always felt like they truly wanted to help me, even if they didn't have the function I wanted, they made sure to tell me how to use what I had the best way. Its half the price of mind/body and twice as good! I feel like Frontdeskhq is a partner in my company not a software program I pay to use. They want me to succeed as much as I do. We've used Front Desk HQ at our facilities for approximately 5 months. The mobile application and web-based platform make for an extremely useful product. It has improved our membership management efficiency from billing to scheduling and reporting. The ability to pull and modify our program and member information from any location on the go is a great tool! The best part of the software is their responsiveness and customer service. They constantly strive to improve their product and improve the user experience. I would recommend it to any company looking to improve their processes.
