GlossGenius vs HelmBot: Which is best for you?

I love that I can set goals, keep up with product and inventory, easily change things, communicate with clients, and the analytics and reports are life savers

I pay for the Gold service and have really enjoyed the mass text and email option - but don't like that you have to pay for more than 500 texts per month as they transferred all my clients from over ten years and it's a very long process to try and pick out the regulars or pay a big chunk to just send all.

We also love the wait list feature and how the system will reach out to fill in open appointments without our needing to do anything.

Also not a fan of automatically checking people out using their credit if they wanted to pay another way.
