- I really love using GlossGenius for my business it's like having an assistant that not only helps with clients reminders but to keep in file every service, formula and products they purchase.
- Appointments vanish, Text reminders don’t send, credit card reader doesn't work and when I call company they tell me my issues will be issued a ticket and someone will get back to be in a day or two.
- The main feedback I have for suggestion is to add an option for detailed filtering when exporting patient charts (ex. practitioner, type of service, date, etc.), as this would be much more convenient for when we receive requests for charts with specific date ranges and we need each practitioner to review their own notes before sending.
- Workflow, no smart forms, charting is horrendous, changing patient names with the same phone number is not acceptable, being forced to sign a 1-year contract to a substandard EMR, every practitioner complained about the charting.
