I love that I can set goals, keep up with product and inventory, easily change things, communicate with clients, and the analytics and reports are life savers

I pay for the Gold service and have really enjoyed the mass text and email option - but don't like that you have to pay for more than 500 texts per month as they transferred all my clients from over ten years and it's a very long process to try and pick out the regulars or pay a big chunk to just send all.

I feel like I discovered a diamond in the rough (the rough being the world of EMR/platforms that currently exist and have dominated the market and are very costly).

Also not being informed when the subscription fee has increased.
