- The training on the different systems did not follow a logical time line and there was a lot of jumping around which meant key features were missed.
- The accounting section of Visual ERP is basic and our accountant is unsatisfied with it.
- It is really helping us get out inventory system fine tuned and will help us track and get our purchasing in line with the ability to finally run real reports on our sales and inventory.
- For some reason retail prices, costs, barcodes and SKU's don't sync to Shopify and have to be manually corrected in Shopify.
