Pros:

Ease of adding consignments for competitive tendering without needing to send separate emails to freight forwarders. The platform works well for searching on past entries and generally tidies up the process overall - which would otherwise be done more manually

Cons:

Freight forwarders do not update their shipments on the platform (not Cargobase issue).

RFQ and copy shipment and attachments....

Cons:

I don't like not abling to attach a file after making an RFQ, could be a provider requested extra details of shipment, not necessarily changing RFQ weight and dimensions.

Cargo Base in my routine

• Reduce the time the approvals. • The user can check the process about request approvals and sometimes the tracking. •I think that CB need to improve other report where the information cross about the invoice for carrier, the QR that the user selected the QR that we not book and the first cost and final cost

• Is very easy to use is very friendly. • You can use for any device. • You have the support 27/7. • CB sometimes can help to do some modifications in order that your company can has the control

Cons:

• I think missing some work instruction on the platform. • The updates for the prices are not reflect in the final amount and this is a very important point. • The app into the cell phone does not work very well I prefer open my search engine and do my activity. the manage cost per user

USER's OPINION FOR CARGOBASE

Shipments are done much easier. Tracking of shipments are much easier. The software itself is easy to use. Overall, I'm glad I managed to be able to use Cargobase. It saves a lot of manual work.

Pros:

All informations about a specific shipment are under a shipment ID (therefore in one place), which is much easier to find, instead of reading 10-20 e-mails. Also, the customer support is untouchable, with full and quickly support.

Cons:

I didn't like the parcel shipments segment. There are automatical quotes for a shipment and you cannot contact any person (from parcel) on Cargobase and you'd have to switch to e-mail. Also, if any of the fields are not completed correctly, you don't receive quotes and you don't know which are the incompleted fields that require a specific parcel forwarder to quote.

Cargobase has been a perfect ally for us. We are in the middle of launch process and with all this COVID-19 situation transportation market is a complicated field but with Cargobase we can find the solutions we need in the perfect moment.

Easy to select options, but is very slow.

Cons:

timing to send approvals is awful, every time we have a good option we have to wait because of the blocking of having 4 options.

Cons:

The mobile app is not good enough, many information is missing
