Pros:

Eftsure is safe, secure and user friendly, and has been hugely beneficial in strengthening our internal financial controls. Eftsure's secure vendor management is relied upon heavily on a daily basis, and the verification of all our suppliers' bank details via the eftsure platform is a necessary step to protect Manildra Group and in turn, all our payees. Eftsure's customer service and implementation teams have been excellent!

Cons:

Occasionally the product is glitchy and a bit slow to refresh.

Dashboard and the integrated symbols in our NAB banking.

Cons:

Lengthy set up process, mostly due to: - inadequate instructions on how to extract supplier details from Xero - necessary involvement of our IT provider on the DKIM, etc (required a lot of to and fro between them and eftSure)

We have grown a lot as a company and being able to delegate the phone call verification and onboarding form completion process has been a massive time saver.

Cons:

I wish it required bank accounts to be linked to ABN/ACN. Whether that be bank account name or proving some sort of link between accounts. I also wish it could confirm that the bank account provided is open and correctly linked, as at the moment it is confirming that the details provided in the onboarding match the details confirmed over the phone. We are very strict with what we will accept from an onboarding.

Very good Fraud prevention system!

The overall experience has been very good and i think the system has been very good in managing the on boarding process of our suppliers.

Pros:

The biggest benefit of this software it gives you peace of mind that the suppliers you are paying are not fraudulent. This is especially true in the current climate as scams are becoming more sophisticated which means we need systems that are sophisticated to prevent the fraud.

Cons:

The amount of work it takes to keep following up with suppliers who don't respond. Also because the emails sent out from the system have the EFTsure domain name a lot of the suppliers didn't respond as they thought it was a fraudulent email.

The process was completely new to us but the implementation process was very thorough and the after installation help has been exceptional. Nish and the help desk team are a credit to EFTsure

Functionality and ease of use, provides all the information we need to onboard new vendors and can highlight and discrepancies there are with paperwork.

Cons:

I think if you reject an invitation back to the vendor the process can be a bit cumbersome.

I am really pleased with EFTsure’s team dedication in supporting A2B Australia procurement process. EFTsure has definitely provided a value-add to our new supplier onboarding process by removing the manual paperwork! I strongly recommend businesses to adopt EFTsure into their procurement process

Still a lot of improvement for UI and UX

Pros:

Easy to implement and the safeguards it provide to a medium size local government is reassuring. While you may not stop all cyber security breaches to know that the system will alert our staff and to be vigilant when changing circumstances appear provides a level comfort for our business.

Cons:

While only operating this system currently for a short time Council has found no shortcomings currently.
