Small price for main feature

We started our jobs with confidenced that all routs are under control. And this sofware hellped us to grow. So now we need more functions and switched to orher product.

The price is very low if you need only the planning, tracking and optimizing the routes. Very good snd easy app for driver. They love to see the excact time window to artive.

Cons:

Very few functions and no possible to customize.

Great platform with minor issues

Overall, we are very happy with the platform, there are some bugs that need to be addressed, but overall, great product.

Pros:

Ability to see where techs are, how long they are onsite, taking to get to jobs and the dispatch portion of the software so all my techs can receive their daily jobs.

Cons:

Issues with the phone app, jobs getting deleted randomly, jobs getting auto sorted after they have been assigned in a specific order.

Good for tracking employees in the field and uploading jobs

Pros:

GPS tracking of employees in the field allows you to know where they are and track their progress. Also good for uploading jobs to field employees so they get the info right to their phone.

Cons:

Can be slow and needs to refresh often in order to stay current.

Hellotracks gave an excellent first impression, ready and fast to answer any question. VERY proactive team. I approached Dispatchme recommended by a good friend of mine. Getting in contact with Dispatchme was a terrible experience. Lack of interest, professionalism and respect.

Simple and effective dispatch solution

I am satisfied with the overall performance of this product. It's a great value for the price and although it has its shortcomings I can always work around those, or adapt. Either way, it's a great fit for my business but as my business grows, I feel that I will soon outgrow this product.
