A Reliable Web-to-Print Solution with Exceptional Support

PageDNA is great not just for its web-to-print capabilities, but for its exceptional customer support. I have found that the platform is well-suited for commercial print and marketing workflows, but what truly differentiates it is the PageDNA team. Their support staff understands the print industry, responds quickly, and works as true partners when challenges or custom needs arise. A reliable, scalable solution by people who genuinely know what they’re doing.

Pros:

The support has been fantastic when I run into challenges. Once through training, it is easy to use and gives you the tools to customize what the end user is seeing.

Cons:

Some features for B to C applications are not as robust as some of the other systems I have used, but it still presents a great platform to those users.

A Raving Fan Since 2017

Our experiences with the software and the PageDNA team has been wonderful. The support team is so responsive to any issues or questions. Training documents and live training sessions have been invaluable. We look forward to continuing to grow with PageDNA.

Pros:

It's not often that you find software that's loved by programmers, CSRs and sales reps. Our partnership with PageDNA since 2017 has allowed us to grow our ECOMM business, providing our clients with an exceptional marketing resource tool.

Cons:

Compared to other platforms, the Dashboard is underwhelming for our clients. Give us more graphics and data points. Our company is also a marketing agency, so clients want a platform that will combine things like direct mail with integrated marketing. After seeing how PageDNA has integrated promo products software, we're hopeful that they'll come up with a solution for offering marketing services.

Reasons for switching to PageDNA

We needed to build a store with a great deal of custom functionality. Marcom support was terrible, and we never could have launched on time.

Pros:

The customer service and implementation teams are phenomenal. Their online ordering system is a complete tool for us to offer to customers which makes us look good. Also, they give you access to your data so you can expand their already impressive service offerings with our in-house capabilities.

Cons:

While their ordering system allows customization, it could go farther with a design tool.

The cost and capabilities were far superior in PageDNA.

Superior storefront software

Easy and successful. I will say this isn't easy to use interface like a shopify, not that you can't figure it out, just meaning this gives you so much option and choice, you really can go delirious reviewing all the options.....and that's before you code it lol.

Besides the tremendous flexibility of the software, I most prefer their support. They get back to you ASAP, with answers, and often suggestions, and even are willing to help you resolve, rather than your traditional troubleshooting lingo (ie: Did you plug it in?).

Cons:

Hmmm, not much I can think of, I guess the fact their reports utilize Crystal Reports, and never been a fan of CR

Best in Class

Page DNA has been a game changer for our business, they go above and beyond what would be expected. They have not only streamlined our internal processes but have made it easier for customers to order from us. Also their leadership's willingness to meet with our customers and walk them through them through the process sets PageDNA apart from any other partner we have.

Page DNA is customer is by far the most customer centric partner we have currently. During the installation they walked our team through the entire process and made the transition seamless. When questions arise they promptly answer and have solutions. Page DNA has been a huge asset for our company.

Elon University and PageDNA

My favorite part of PageDNA is how easy it is for me to manage and administer the site. I am responsible for all products and pricing on the site. Updating things like paper pricing can be done easily with just a few clicks.

Cons:

When looking at the "Order Manager" site, it would be nice to see more information about current orders such as "Order Status" so that my staff could quickly orders that are in production, complete, etc...

We chose PageDNA because of the ease of management, price and that it is still family owned.

We decided to switch to PageDNA because of the available features like credit card processing, variable data products and many other features. With our old vendor each product feature was an extra add on that put the product out of our price range.

Feature Rich, Easy to Use - Web-To-Print Software

I can't say enough good things about PageDNA. Feature rich, ease of use, stellar support, easy integration, competitive price points along with templates that can do alot of things. Their competitors limit you on what you can do with their templates. Also, some of their competitors require you to purchase a 3rd party product in order to setup templates. So not only do you need to work with the Adobe Creative Suite, you have to know this 3rd party software. PageDNA works with EPS files (No 3rd Party software required) so it makes the template creation setup much easier than their competitors.

The features of PageDNA web-to-print system are fantastic. We purchased this cloud solution to automate a new customer that we on-boarded. We have some complex templates and PageDNA was to implement all the features needed. The integration of PageDNA via XML into our ERP was simple. It worked flawlessly the first time. We've had issues with other Web-To-Print vendors when it comes to integration with manufacturers but not with PageDNA. Theirs worked right out of the box. The PageDNA Learning Center is a great foundation for the PageDNA administrator along with their . The kick-starter program was great. Their implementation staff was very knowledgeable. They kept the project moving along and help us solve problems during our weekly calls without having to go to support, which saves everyone time and money. PageDNA is constantly evolving their offering by adding features requested by their customers. The keep their customers in the loop with what's new and the features coming out in their releases.

Cons:

The only part that is lacking is the order data analytics reporting on the site itself. They are working on enhancing this to allow you to extract the data and import into Crystal Reports or something similar. This will allow their customers to analyze the data however they need to.

Reasons for choosing PageDNA

Customer Service, Features and pricing. Some of their competitors only work through resellers who make their money on really expensive implementation packages. With PageDNA, you can do as little amount of setup as you want or handle as much as you want because you want to maintain your site. Their kick-starter package was reasonable priced for everything you get. The nice thing about it is if you don't use up all your hours, you have them available for a set period of time after the project is completed to work on something else.

Some features like split shipping or multiple single-user approvers. But those are bonus / wishlist.
