Pros:

I had to ship a package and I didn't have time to get to the bank to deposit money but had promised a customer the package I was sending within a day or 2 so I had to get it in the mail asap. I used there free trial which made it possible to get the package out that same day and it was so easy to print out the label and get it out.

Cons:

They really made things so easy that I can't say anything bad about shipsaving.

I really like that I can purchase USPS first class mail labels at a discounted price. Not a lot of softwares allow you to even be able to purchase the first class mail labels and that is something that I appreciate from ShipSaving.

Cons:

I wish that I was able to import a spreadsheet of addresses and package details to purchase labels in bulk.

ShipSaving is a good option, clunky but gets the job done.

Tried it out when I left Shippo. So far it's on my list of permanent solutions but not sure if it's the one I'll stick with or not.

Pros:

No limit on labels you can generate with a free plan.

Cons:

Interface is lacking and clunky compared to Shippo, on par with PirateShip Free plan does not let you make multiple labels at once or change settings like weights or shipping classes. Shipments are not categorized as "online purchases" which means I get less credit card rewards than I did on Shippo. Not sure if this would change on a prepaid plan.

Reasons for switching to ShipSaving

I tried different products. This one came out middle of the pack.

Pros:

What I liked most about ShipSaving is its user-friendly interface and exceptional customer support. The platform is intuitive and makes managing shipments a breeze. Their shipping rates are also very competitive, which has helped me save a considerable amount on logistics. Their QR code feature also makes it an accessible shipping option for someone who just got started and doesn't want to invest in a label printer yet.

Cons:

What I liked least about ShipSaving is the limited number of carrier options for international shipping. Expanding their network would be beneficial.

I appreciate the ease of use the most. Keeping track of orders is very simple through ShipSaving. It was easy to get refunded when I made a mistake on a label. I know from a lot of research that ShipSaving's prices are the same or lower than other similar services, and also much easier to track and obtain. As someone who does a lot of shopping around, I'm very happy with ShipSaving.

Cons:

The only thing that would make it better is if it integrated with Squarespace, but that's a minor detail.

Reasons for switching to ShipSaving

Squarespace does not offer an option to create a QR code, and that's a critical difference for me.

The site is easy to use. It is always up and running (anytime and anyday of the week.) It is a user-friendly website.

Cons:

I forgot I had to change my debit card through my bank. ShipSaving kept rejecting my debit card when processing my orders after the expiration date on the card was changed. Sometimes, as a business owner, you need to remember specific details. It would have been nice to receive an email from ShipSaving advising me to check my debit card information.

Great rates and easy process

Ship saving is my go to for shipping and cheaper rates. I love the convenience of the QR code because I don’t have a label printer!
