About Radiant Security

Radiant Security is a computer security solution that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) technology to streamline and automate the workflows of security analysts. It provides a gen AI assistant that helps administrators detect security incidents and initiate remediation. Radiant Security also helps automate alert triage and investigation, providing incident summaries, root cause analysis and response plans for each incident. Additionally, the response plans can also be executed manually by analysts or through response actions.

Great Security Tool

Our experience is very positive, we were able to migrate our entire phishing response to the platform. Also, we were able to reduce costs with our MSP by moving endpoint response to the platform.

Pros:

We use Radiant to triage and investigate phishing reports and endpoint alerts. What we like most is the automated investigations which take load off IT staff.

Cons:

Radiant is a young product so there are some false positives and tuning needed with the Radiant team. We like that they are flexibility to our suggestions and feature requests.
