RoboShadow 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

We're an SME and have been using RoboShadow for several years after our Cyber Essentials assessment partner suggested we try it as an alternative to some of the more expensive solutions we were considering. We were blown away with the platform and it's been our go-to ever since. Sadly we are about to stop using the product as our company has been acquiried by a large enterprise. However, it's worth noting that when we showed one of their IT security team what we were able to do in RoboShadow, he was incredibly impressed!

It's a great platform for SMBs needing fast, automated vulnerability management and threat exposure insights. Support has been responsive, the roadmap is encouraging, and the platform clearly reflects input from real-world IT and security teams. We’re already seeing a reduction in open vulnerabilities and higher confidence in our external exposure, a great outcome for the price point.

As a small MSP we have invested heavily in automation for patching, endpoint security and management but we have long searched for a product that we could roll out across our contract clients that would give us some metrics on how secure our clients sites actually are and whether our automated functions were having the desired effect. We approached all the usual providers but the quotes we received back weren't, ahem, tenable. Then we came upon Roboshadow that provides us the ability to measure, thus manage, our clients security profiles in ways we have never been able to before at a price point that makes it possible to incorporate the software in our standard contract price rather than delivering it as a paid for "extra". This is product is game changing for us as, for the first time, we have the ability to really measure and document the effect our automated systems are having so we can demonstrate to the client what we do. It has also highlighted areas where we can improve. It also has a patching tool incorporated in the product itself that is also very convenient.

We tried so many vulnerability scanner tools, som rather good but crazy expensive or just complicated to use with overwhelming features. We are so glad that we discoverd Roboshadow. It's easy to get started with immediate result.

I love this software. I use other software for patch management and vulnerability identification (due to integration in my current processes), but none of them give me the human readable format that this does in a way I can give to my clients so that they can understand the trends and what I am actually doing for them. For my paying clients that want to know their stuff is actually being taken care of (not break/fix) this is the best visual representation and integrated vulnerability response package I have yet used. If you are supplying MSP services, this should be rolled into your stack. I have found that the Cyber Heal makes it so quick that it's worth paying for, however, it seems like the updates take a while to register and for the reports to show cleared. I figure that's probably due to how it ingests the information and the timing cycles... by the time I look again as part of my processes (not just fix and check) it's updated.

Within the first hour of using RoboShadow we were already seeing tangible results and actionable insights. Withing the first day of using the Vulnerability Scanner and Cyber Heal we were able to reduce our detected vulnerabilities by a large margin quickly and easily and with limited disruption to our userbase! I have been able to use the AI Pen Test to be able to show our executives where issues our and what actions we need to take to resolve them with very little additional input from myself needed. I'm really excited about the ongoing development and look forward to using the great product more!

Overall, I’m really impressed with the product. It’s refreshingly simple to use—there’s no complicated setup or steep learning curve. You just install it and it works. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to get started and stay productive. What also stands out is the team behind it. The staff are approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about the user experience and are always happy to support when needed. It’s a great example of a product that delivers real value without unnecessary complexity.

We've been using RobowShadow for a while now, and it's genuinely made a huge difference in our network security. It has helped us find and fix a large number of security issues, namely outdated software that needed urgent updating or removal.
