Acronis Cyber Backup vs Cohesity: Which is best for you?

I cancelled my personal account year's ago yet their distribution partner, Cleverbridge, renews it every year with credit card info they kept without my permission and multiple advisories to remove same.

The ability to protect all my on-prem items (keeping backups on-prem) and all cloud items separately (keeping them in the cloud) has great helped in completely backups in a timely manager and saving large amounts of bandwidth; because I no longer have to pull all cloud items to on-prem solution.

While the initial setup seemed to go smooth enough, we've found several instances where we've attempted to go and retrieve backup for a user, but can't find anything related to them.
