Good software for had a sigle sign on, only one user and passwords to acess everywhere

I work with it, and it showed me how easy can you manage a lot of users in more than 10 systems, its a central hub of users and authorizations.

Pros:

I've been working with it, implemented it, the main use of it, you can access across all sap systems that it is installed, it makes much easier the administration of users and authorizations, because its a central database of users, also it is easier for the final user to get into sap systems, it doesn't have to remember their passwords for every system.

Cons:

This software is not bad at all, i think it can become a little hard to install it and implement it correctly, but if you do it ok, then it will work great. The worst thing can happen is that if you block your user, it will be blocked on all systems.

Quick and easy

Easy to use, and allows quick access to expense reports and expense approvals. Sometimes going months with no expense reports it would be difficult to remember a separate password.

Pros:

I love that once I am logged into my company desktop I can just click company SSO and connect to my expense reports.

Cons:

If I change my password, which is required every 90 days at my company, sometimes there is a lag, but still is easier than needing to remember an extra password.

Pros:

In just a click, you can readily connect to SAP. No need to create/memorize another set of password because you can waive it and use your pc log-in password.

Cons:

If anybody knows your pc log-in password, they can easily access your SAP. Others may perform any function that you are authorized without your permission.

An essential add-on like product that makes the life easier if you are using lots of SAP products in your company.

Cons:

Only when you are not connected directly to the company's network (if you are working from home, remotely with any device) then the product asks you to authenticate yourself sometimes. It is okay but it happens randomly and sometimes irritates.

Cons:

Personally, I do not have any qualms with this software. I work for a large organisation so I imagine there might be a large cost to implement this product but it works and I'm happy with it.

- I use SAP all the time in my role getting sales data and looking up essential data in my supply chain so its great how the single sign on allows me to save more time.

Cons:

Personally, I have no issues with the product. I have heard that SAP is expensive but I work for a large organization so there is definitely a cost benefit

Fulfills a purpose but...

I am forced to use this software by my employer and I deal with it, but there are several problems that I really can't stand.

That I only have to remember one password and not many

Cons:

I am forced to change my password every six months. It doesn't work when you use a VPN and it will invalidate your Office 365 password if used with a VPN.
