About Botsplash
Botsplash is a live chat solution designed to help businesses in the mortgage, real estate, automotive, insurance, and solar industries engage with customers through various digital channels. Live and automated conversations can be had via web chat, SMS, Facebook Messenger and more. Administrators can create custom reports, route workflows, analyze client data and receive notifications about incoming leads.
Key features of Botsplash include team management, visitor identification, co-browsing, scheduled send, canned messages, and multi-agent chat. Agents can create campaigns to nurture leads, track visitors' locations, share screens with customers and view conversations on a centralized dashboard. Additionally, supervisors can customize the chat widget by adding colors, branding, automation and other elements according to website requirements.
Botsplash facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as Salesforce, WordPress, Twilio, BombBomb, Zendesk, HubSpot and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email, FAQs, documentation and other online measures.

Overall I like it because it give us the ability instant message the client, but some tweaks need to be made so that it doesn't freeze and give the option for multiple users to be linked to client.

Regarding texting from direct line(personal mobile), you will require to setup your mobile number in profile section. Once the setup is complete, messages from Botsplash will be delivered to your phone when you are not on the platform.
