About Bevy

Bevy is a video conferencing software designed to help field marketing and customer-facing teams and businesses in the education sector host virtual conferences, workshops, community events, employee training sessions and trade shows. The white-labeled platform enables managers to automate emails, manage contact lists and communicate with team members via chat.

Administrators can collect data such as attendee feedback, project engagement and event analytics on a unified interface. Additionally, Bevy allows supervisors to securely login via single sign-on (SSO) and manage speaker access control.

Pros:

Lead scoring, ease of implementation was great. On-site training was amazing when we first changed to Bevy. When we have issues our representative would respond promptly. Tracks the performance of my team as a whole and individually. Screen sharing could use a little advancement, but overall it works well.

Cons:

Screen sharing could be a bit better. The price is step, but the customer service received really helps outset the monthly and initial pricing. A little more customization of colors and themes would be great.
