Meta for Business vs Promo.com: Which is best for you?

The benefit of being able to advertise on their platforms outweighs the frustrations: constantly removing targeting options that are helpful for us, always making it harder to build custom campaigns versus their AI suggested, and the nonexistent support is frustrating when we have ads that get disapproved.

They are great when you are willing to work within their frameworks, but if you'd like additional customizations, Promo is not as flexible as a traditional editor like Adobe Premiere.

Without notification they charged my credit card for another year and will not reverse the charge because the auto renew button was automatically set in their settings.
