Overall I am very satisfied, it was the turning point and in some cases I abandoned all email communication altogether. The speed and freshness of the instant communication was the turning point.

Reasons for switching to Spoki
With Message Bird I couldn't understand anything, from the platform in general, to the cost logic and even the automations. Maybe it has improved in the meantime but at the time it was difficult to use. ActiveCampaign on the other hand is my absolute favourite tool. But in most cases we abandoned it because of the quality of communication via WA

Complessivamente è uno strumento che consiglio per una piccola media attività. Bisogna tenere presente che (io lo faccio sempre con i miei clienti) se sia hanno grosse pretese di puntualità nell'invio di comunicazioni ai clienti o non si tollerano rallentamenti delle piattaforme con cui si lavora, Spoki non è la soluzione adatta.
