Tool I recommend to everyone

Overall I am very satisfied, it was the turning point and in some cases I abandoned all email communication altogether. The speed and freshness of the instant communication was the turning point.

The simplicity of use. I really appreciate Emanuela's willingness to always help us and the fact that there are constantly new features being developed

Cons:

The automations are very improvable in my opinion. For the most part, we do not use other CRMs so I would like to have more functionality in the automations. I would like there to be more native integrations

Reasons for switching to Spoki

With Message Bird I couldn't understand anything, from the platform in general, to the cost logic and even the automations. Maybe it has improved in the meantime but at the time it was difficult to use. ActiveCampaign on the other hand is my absolute favourite tool. But in most cases we abandoned it because of the quality of communication via WA

Communication with other softwares… it’s difficult to have a feedback ti the automation program (ex: active campaign).

Attenzione Spoki continua ad addebitare ler icariche anche dopo aver disabilitato l'account

Dopo una inziale esperienza positiva, quando ho avviato attività di template di marketing, regolarmente autorizzati, l'account è stato bloccato e addirittura non mi è stato possibile rispondere o inviare msg di auguri per le feste! Una cosa scandalosa!

Scarsi a fronte dei vantaggi. Dopo una iniziale attività vantaggiosa con messagistica individuale, Spoki è risultata applicazione che presenta troppi vincoli quando viene utilizzata come sistema di Broadcasting per campagne di Marketing.

Cons:

Sono stato Bannato senza ragioni oggettive e senza essere stato preavvisato. Hanno continuato ad addebitarmi ricariche nonostante l'account sia stato disabilitato e non riesco nè a mandare messaggi nè a riceverli.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ma...

Complessivamente è uno strumento che consiglio per una piccola media attività. Bisogna tenere presente che (io lo faccio sempre con i miei clienti) se sia hanno grosse pretese di puntualità nell'invio di comunicazioni ai clienti o non si tollerano rallentamenti delle piattaforme con cui si lavora, Spoki non è la soluzione adatta.

Interfaccia non chiarissima all'inizio, ma una volta che hai preso la manoè tutto più semplice. Puoi spiegarla farla capire anche ai clienti poco pratici e portati. Quando la piattaforma non è in manutenzione e non ci sono rallentamenti si lavora bene.

Cons:

In ordine di importanza: 1) Ci sono troppo spesso rallentamenti. 2)Poca possibilità di segmentazione dei contatti e, di conseguenza, fare delle comunicazioni specifiche risulta macchinoso. 3)Report difficili da fare.
