Super happy with the app. Love the fact they try to make employees one less thing to worry as the return to office culture is picking up

Great platform with responsive support

We've used Wayleadr for several years now and it has saved lots of admin time in managing parking. Overall its been a good experience.

The fast response time for support if there is a problem - both the chatbot and the staff are helpful. The platform is also easy to use.

Cons:

Sometimes the configuration of spaces and zones can be tricky to set up, and it isn't always immediately obvious how to undertake some basic functions but the support is always on hand to help you

Pros:

what I like most about Wayleadr is its ease of use and how intuitively it works from Web browser on a PC to your mobile phone. I like that I then get notifications when my booking is accepted of if it rejected will update me if something becomes available a a later stage. I like the way I get live updates of how full each car park is and then I also have my stats on all my booking.

Cons:

I have not yet come across any issues or glitches with it so far on any of the platforms that it is available on. so no cons that I can think of everything works as it should.

Super easy to use the app & book in advance of office visits. Also great 'nudge' functionality when people take your spot.

Cons:

It would be good to get push notifications on the day I have bookings to remind me I have a space and which one it is. Sometimes I book ahead of time then don't end up needing it but forget it's booked and get charged for the spot.

Booking through Wayleardr

I use Wayleadr to book parking place. I can connect from my professional PC but also from my personal phone. The interface is very clear: - My car is already registered. - I just have to select the date and validate : it takes less than 5 minutes to do the booking. - The status of my request appears immediately in a synthetic table

Cons:

I use Wayleadr to book parking place. - e-mail reminder to book parking place are not necessary - It is necessary to go back to the system to have confirmation of the approval of the request. It will be easier to receive an e-mail message.

Pros:

App is easy to use and straightforward. - Easy to book parking on the Friday before the upcoming week for the whole week. - It's great that now you can select which location you want parking.

Cons:

Due to limits in my company's parking capacity, I'd love for Wayleadr to allow people to release their existing booking and book in another location for the current day with one operation. Right now, I have to check if anything's available, then release my current booking, hope that nobody else snatched that available spot, and book it. If I could just check for availability and then book which would result in my other booking being released automatically, that would be really great!

Wayleadr is incredibly easy to use, and their professionalism and empathy truly stand out. With only 58 parking spaces at our office, they’ve managed to allocate spaces efficiently for staff. I was especially impressed by their responsiveness: when one of my parking requests wasn’t initially successful, I received an update within just 2 hours informing me they had secured a space. That level of dedication and follow-through was remarkable, ensuring that even unsuccessful applications remain active for reconsideration. Kudos to the amazing Wayleadr team!

Cons:

Nothing negative. With only 58 spaces available for hundreds of staff, this is beyond their control.
