My favorite location management software!

We have been using Xtreme Locator for years now and will continue to rely on it as our go to for managing our domestic and international locations.

Pros:

We are able to customize the api to our needs. We use Xtremelocator to power the locations search on our websites and mobile applications. By using the field manager and layout we are able to filter and customize the results being displayed and stylize them to match our different designs.

Cons:

The only con I have is that there should be other steps between having 100 locations and then having to go to 1000. A few more tiers of level of service would be very helpful for business that fall in the mid-range.

It list with a connection to google maps the nearest location to your home, and if you want it can plot your trip from home to the store, excleent for connecting customers to your retailers. we have over 2,000 retailers in the USA.

Cons:

A bit hard on the setup, uses to many names that are known to the software developers but unknown to us the client.

When it works, it works great, I like that I can access contacts anytime. The cost isn't too much.

Cons:

When the system breaks, it is challenging to get anyone to respond, or to fix it. Plan on a week or so anytime it breaks.

We have been using this software for years to manage our Distribution and OEM contacts for our company. Customers can easily search using their zip code to find a local contact they can help you get the product they require. Updating contact information is easy and produces instant results.

Great tool for sending business to our stores!

We had tried other locator services with bad luck but then we found Xtreme Locator. The delivery of our location information is accurate and fast, backend management is superior and the support team is tremendously helpful.
