What I value most in a software provider is a comprehensive approach to assistance that combines accessible customer support via phone and chat—specifically with extended hours—and the strategic integration of AI.

They were speedy with updates when they were important to them, but they refused to update their estimated tax penalty calculation, which was incorrect and calculating about DOUBLE what it should be. When I called their software crap, they banned me from tech support, which made their software unusable for me (remember, you have to constantly contact tech support for workarounds because their software is so buggy).

The programs are amazing and they offer amazing support and have a wide array of answers to many questions to help you along the way.

One major issue is being completely dependent on internet connection - if the one (1) fiber line to the Yukon is cut (which happens multiple times per year), then my office is has lost connectivity and production.
