We switch to Teachworks several years ago from another software program that was much less user friendly and less useful.

TutorCruncher has streamlined my business by ensuring that all lessons are clearly accounted for, and that parents are able to review feedback in a timely manner.

Further, the ability to make adjustments to a bill once a payment order has been sent has caused us to have to pay fees multiple times because we've just had to delete the invoice and resend it and then it's confusing on the client's end because it looks like they've been billed twice.
