DigitalOcean vs Microsoft Azure: Which is best for you?

For me student like specializing in Computer science have most hands on practical development with Web application for both university study projects and real world projects.

I feel there service has gone too much towards AI and is no longer just about simple virtual servers, this means there is a big learning curve now

If there is slow internet connection, then it will be hard to work in Azure labs. If there is a free version, it will be very helpful for some students with low income to help them with their studies

They have one bill for Azure, one for M365, another for Teams + Co Pilot, and they don't always line up date-wise
