Vultr 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

Vultr is a great option for hosting small apps and great websites. It's 99% uptime with great speed performance. It supports many of my favorite Cpanels.

Overall vultr have a great product range and the pricing is very good! The biggest issue is their support, it's pretty average. Ther was a pretty big outage with a product which led to me needing to move one of my resources to another provider but all vultr would do is offer a credit in my account. I really think a refund would have been the right thing to do here

The performance of Vultr’s virtual cloud server is acceptable, though deployment times, especially for Windows servers, are noticeably longer than ideal. When compared to AWS, Vultr lags behind in terms of speed and efficiency. However, considering the price point, this is somewhat justifiable. The primary concern, however, lies with the support services. Based on my experience, you might find it more effective to troubleshoot issues independently. My primary reason for choosing Vultr was the generous internet bandwidth allocation with their instances, especially since even the most affordable option includes 3TB per month. However, I’ve found that their internet connectivity doesn’t quite match the reliability of AWS EC2. This isn’t about speed, but rather consistency and dependability. It appears that the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’ holds true in this case.

It's nice that they respond quickly when needed and have low latency for accessing the cloud.

The experience with Vultr is amazing especially when it come to support, uptime and reliabilly. Funny that there uptime is rated at 99.99%, should be 100%.
