LoopUp vs VoIP.ms: Which is best for you?

Overall I would say that our porting project with LoopUp is one of the best-planned and implemented projects in the voice sector that I have been able to implement to this date.

We have struggled with a different VoIP provider for four years, experiencing spotty service and horrible customer support.

However, their extensive documentation and responsive customer support make the process much easier. Once everything is set up, the service is reliable, cost-effective, and highly customizable, which makes it a great choice for businesses like mine.

The setup was very complicated and time consuming, but manageable for someone tech-savvy. Despite having Emergency Services disabled, they connected an accidental 911 call and charged me $75 for the call after the fact.
