In our business, staying top of mind and creating a lasting relationship with our customers is key. Our Jeep customer has many options when it comes to where to buy their parts. And customer acquisition is expensive. So we focus a lot of our efforts on customer retention to increase LTV and profitability. We've always had a robust email program, but know that over 80% of our customers don't open our emails. Plus, it doesn't feel special or unique. We were looking for a cost effective way to create a surprise and delight experience for our customers. That's why we were so excited to find Handwrite. Setting up a campaign was a breeze. Tom, one of their sales agents, was extremely helpful and responsive. They helped us every step of the way, though it's not like it was hard to begin with. We set up a campaign to automatically send a thank you note and coupon to customers after they made a fairly large purchase. The cards look amazing and customers comment online about how much they loved receiving them. Truly delivers a personal touch. The results have been extraordinary. We're seeing 9X more revenue from the customers receiving the cards compared to those that only received our emails. A native Shopify integration would be helpful which I believe is scheduled to be released very soon.
