LOGOS II church management software from ParishSOFT offers a complete suite of tools to support member profile management, contributions and pledges, small groups, attendance tracking and more for both single and multi-location organizations.

LOGOS’ membership management tool tracks member communications, participation, sacraments and special events, emergency contact information and other vital details that administrators can filter to create directories, rosters and reports. Profiles include security controls to keep private information secure.

This system also tracks financial contributions and pledges for an unlimited number of funds and sub-funds. New contributions are automatically posted to LOGOS Accounting (if using) and donor statements, letters and receipts are emailed at the same time.

Other features include talent tracking to record members’ skills, hobbies, occupations and more; small groups management to track attendance, create rosters and send emails to group leaders; and real-time check-in that supports barcode, key tag and roster check-in, as well as custom security labels and receipts.

Our church has used this product since 2003 and have had very little issue with the programs. We utilize 3 components: Scheduler, Logos II, and Accounting. The programs can interconnect however, we do not use this feature. Can create user friendly reports based on what your church needs are. Again very user friendly.


Very easy to use.


Unfortunately, the support is ending on this software and they are moving to a new improved system that is cloud based but will cost us more to maintain.
