K-3D is free and very simple to use, we use it at the education level, and it is smooth and easy to use. I know it's open source and we can customize it.

Cons:

K-3D is fantastic for small 3D models, but the performance was low when we worked on large models. and its limited features.

K-3D is not a professional 3d modeling software and it does not have all 3d features and capabilities.
