- As an invoice approver, I'm easily able to review invoices, see due dates, check line items, and verify GL codes.
- The most challenging aspects of Quadient for me, were the initial setup complexity and the limited analytics capabilities, it took some time to fully configure our workflows and integrations, the system is good at processing, but it doesn't have real-time, customizable reporting and the mobile app works well for fast approvals but isn't very good at handling deeper invoices.

- Even though Xero lack global enterprises accounting features it has a robust integration capability that allows me to connect with external tools such as SAP Concur.
- It is not great for multi-company businesses as you cannot be logged into more than 1 at once, you have to chop and change between them and to make intercompany transactions, you need to post separately in both entities.
