Bookipi vs Moon Invoice: Which is best for you?

Bookipi allows me to easily invoice customers as well as customize the invoices quickly.

Surprise payments when no one sent an email. When contacted and called out they get upset and end the chat

The templates look great and the multi currency support helps with my international clients

Sadly the system has so many bugs, issues and problems, the cross platform system does NOT work correctly and even the online version has bugs / issues also so you cannot even correctly modify an invoice template / layout and have it save correctly to be used as your default for sending out future invoices. Until they get these critical bugs sorted out their system is un-usable sadly.
