- It is rare to subscribe to accounting software and find that it is so well constructed that you can jump right in personalizing settings and entering information without a lengthy tutorial process.
- There's not really anything that I don't like about ChurchTrac. If I could tweak anything--and I've already suggested this to the developers a couple of times--it would be to allow automations to be set for quarterly and semi-annual actions, not just daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
- We do all our accounting using this software and I have been quite pleased. If I get hopelessly stuck, customer service is just a phone call away and they are very helpful and knowledgable.
- Information changed by one user doesn’t get updated for other users. And the features are hard to find and to use.
