Best overall CRM & small/medium sized service provider software available!

So far so good, I really want to utilize all features offered, even add ons to help beyond CRM features.

Pros:

Most features for the price, it's the best value compared to other software. Estimates, invoicing, and payments are similar to others, but it's the details in options is what sets them apart

Cons:

Not all features are able to be tested during trial which unless you go to website, it'd be unknown.

Review of Contractor Plus as a CRM

I have had the best experience with Contractor + than I had with Monday, PipeDrive, Jobber, and Notify.

Pros:

I like the customization of the app. It's pretty much an all-in-one app without having to pay for additional add-ons that end up driving up the cost of the CRM.

Cons:

The demo was way too fast in regards to showing us exactly how it works, sure we got an overall overview and hit the main points, but I can see so many more options that we did not go over. Lastly, the group demo seemed non personal.

Reasons for switching to Contractor+

To expensive for what it was offering as an all-in-one CRM.

The Invoicing allows me to get estimates and get paid faster

Cons:

It asks a lot information to simply Add customers to my invoices

It went from Free to only 5 estimate/invoicing for high Pricing

The software is impressive and feels well-built. Customer service has been top‑notch, and the pricing is very affordable compared to other options I’ve tried. Pros:

I recently started using the software and had the opportunity to attend a demo with their team. The explanation and training were excellent—clear, thorough, and engaging. Their onboarding specialists addressed every question I had, making the process seamless. The platform itself appears to be very robust, offering features for estimating, invoicing, CRM, and accounting, with the added benefit of easy QuickBooks integration. Compared to other software I’ve used, the pricing is highly competitive while delivering far more value. I’m confident this will be a key tool for my business in the year ahead.

Cons:

The software can feel a bit clumsy at first and does come with a learning curve. That said, once you get familiar with it, the navigation is straightforward and intuitive. However, for someone without prior experience in estimating software, it might take some extra effort to get fully comfortable

Reasons for switching to Contractor+

The software feels overpriced, especially with the business module. The AI estimator often seems redundant, and its calculations are frequently inaccurate—typically coming in too high on pricing. Occasional AI bugs require refreshing the system, which can be frustrating. While the platform offers some useful features, the cost doesn’t fully match the value, particularly since there are no built‑in CRM capabilities.

I’ve had a fairly good experience with Contractor+. It seems to do most of what I need. It integrates with QuickBooks and I like their estimate software.

Pros:

I like that it’s easy to use with mobile devices and has everything I need in one place. It’s been quick to learn and use. I was able to set up an estimate and customers and start invoicing almost immediately.

Cons:

I am currently struggling with the time clock. I am considering switching up to the next highest version to see if the time clock on that one works better since that one set up for multiple users.

live and local materials pricing. Professional looking estimates. customer invites to look at and make requests concerning the estimates.

Cons:

I don't like the fact that some of the features most of us in the handyman services would use are not available in the more basic subscriptions.

They have the box store prices like Lowe’s Home Depot also I like that your adding abc supply and more

Cons:

I didn’t really like the cost for transactions its cheap on joist which I’ve been using for years there should be more available for financing

The price I was using AccuLynx and they continued to raise the price every year till it was to much to handle. Contractor+ has the best value on the market!

Cons:

Still new to the system so I don't have anything negative to say. If I would request 1 thing it would be to integrate material ordering through the estimates, but they might already have that I just haven't figured it out yet.

the price was getting way to high for acculynx and they charge for every new thing.

Does what we need it to do! We use this as a branch for our follow up service team (window/roof leaks, door repairs etc). This keeps our PMs and customers free to operate outside of the normal chain of command for easy fixes and invoicing. Cost is a now brainer for what we get. Learning curve is pretty self explanatory. Great product!

Cons:

Some up front information got a little in the weeds but I understand why they ask. It's for their security and the security of the customer.
