About inSitu Sales

inSitu Sales software is primarily aimed at B2Bs to use for carrying out transactions. Key features include tools for mobile invoicing, orders, and estimates. Employees can create documents on-premise during customer sales appointments or on the go. Users can also create documents for proof of delivery and electronically capture recipient signatures with the app.

For mobile payments, inSitu Sales supports multiple payment options, including cash, check, and credit card. The application has a built-in barcode scanner and also supports the use of external Bluetooth barcode scanners. Thermal printers and full-size printers are also supported. Users can customize document templates to suit specific business requirements or individual needs.

Users can enter data online or offline, and the system will sync the data automatically via the cloud when the device links to the internet. The inSitu Sales app also gives sales agents access to real-time inventory and stock level details.

          InSitu Sales offers an outstanding software at a great price. The customer service is outstanding! We run and organize most aspects of our business from mobile billing, account info, routing, sales history and have it all sync with QuickBooks. After our old software was no longer being supported, the switch to InSitu Sales has helped to make us more efficient while providing the customer a detailed, professional invoice.

          It is truly an app that needs a lot of fixes and through the years has been a frustrating experience to get to point A to point B in a lap of 4 years still working on the same flaws with no accurate resolutions.

          At first there were a few bugs, but this is natural since we started early on with just Insitu DSD a couple years ago. It’s amazing how far this platform has grown. Our route delivery drivers use it, sales team have used it, our customers order through the automated portal system, and hopefully soon our warehouse team will use the inventory system

          Customer service is outstanding. We are a multi-continent company that uses many different time zones. No matter when i have a question or stuck at some point live help was there to solve it out.
          Cons:
          More customization options for the b2b web site would be cool. As they consantly improve, more features will be available I believe.

          As a self distributing micro brewery, there are many functions to executing the sale and delivery of our products to customers. Before we started with Insitu, we were utilizing approximately 3 different platforms to perform one transaction for our sales team. InSitu has helped increase our sales team efficiency and daily workflow with having everything we need in one place.
          Cons:
          There are a few hiccups in the software that we have experienced, however the InSitu customer service has been impeccable with resolving our issues. [sensitive content hidden] is a great resource for us to have communication with and works diligently to respond to our questions and navigation when we do come across an issue.

          Our sales team needed access to critical accounting information when out in the field as well as live inventory of products to perform and execute top notch customer service.

          Very easy to use especially the mobile app. Any sales rep could use it without lots of training. The mobile app is very user friendly, all the icons are big and bold. Also, it does not to be connected all the time to the internet. You can use it offline, once connected to the internet, the app will sync with the server. Unlike Odoo, if not online or it has poor network connection you cannot bill a customer.
          Cons:
          Invoice does not print properly, it does not give you the total number of items billed. Name of the customer does not print on the invoice, and you cannot customize anything. Support not responding neither on emails nor on phone calls. It does not have an automatic integration with Odoo.

          Yes, I tried many times to use Odoo for billing as we are using it for our accounting. Odoo's billing was extremely complicated. I had to switch to Instusales.

          I was using a different product before that was designed for use on a PDA which was really a great product before Microsoft went to Windows 7. The developer decided to stop supporting it and I was left with nothing to do but start searching for a new product. I looked at a few things but they were all too expensive. Then I discovered InsituSales and thought I would give it a try. Man am I glad I did. At first there were some issues, but they were always there for me and whenever I asked them to add a feature or just show me how to do something they were on it.
