About N2F

N2F is a cloud-based expense report management software that enables enterprises to streamline processes related to expense reimbursements, time-tracking, contractor monitoring, tax management, and more. It provides a mobile application for Android and iOS devices, which helps employees scan receipts, calculate vehicles' mileage allowances and print reports, even from remote locations.

N2F helps businesses visualize the distance travelled by corporate vehicles using a map, set up personalized tax scales based on mileage, save recurring trips and utilize the data analysis module to monitor fleet movement, fuel expenses or reimbursements. It lets users export reports in Microsoft Excel and PDF formats. Additionally, managers can define user access permissions and approve expenses from a centralized dashboard.

N2F facilitates integration with various third-party systems such as SAP, EBP, Cegid and more. The product is available on annual and monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone and other online measures.

Pros:

Ease of use Mobile application very nice and practical Smart scan Save me so much time I can't do a business day without it

Cons:

I would say pricing with monthly fee is the only issue I would comment. But, to be honest, it is so much time saver that I would say it worth this money :)

Veloce, scansione e riconoscimento degli scontrini/spese in pochi secondi, flessibile e prezzo adeguato. Offre anche la conservazione sostitutiva a norma per poter evitare di tenere tutta la carta.

Cons:

Il piano intermedio non offre delle API.

Problem comes when we opt to "Advanced" service

We are happy client since 2021 with N2F App. In 2022, we wanted to expand this App to our sister company in Germany. And that is the starting of the nightmare. We've contacted 2 N2F salesmen , both suggested us to opt to "Advanced" level for multi-companies. But one tried to sell the remote setting/configuration 700€ as an obligation; while the 2nd sales told us that it's completly up to us. As there is no much progress with the 2nd sales, we ended up with accepting paying 700€ for the setting service to upgrade our App frop "Entreprise" level to "Advanced" level. While remote setting, the consultant finshed half-way of the setting, and stops for asking more extra setting fee. We don't agree, as the consent price (signed by contract) was 700€. As we refuse to pay more, N2F stops the setting uncompleted, and stops all communication with us. That was in August 2022, and until now December 2022, no communication from N2F, and unfortunately, our Germany sister company has always no access to N2F service.

Easy to use for the user. A sophisticated tool.

Cons:

As user of "Entreprise" level service, we can manage the setting on our own. It's still easy. But if you need to opt to "Advanced" level. N2F will try to sell (in a compulsory way) you their remote setting/configuration service. And be careful, that's the starting point of problem.......

We started with this app one year ago now, and the opinion of all is like mine: why did we wait so long to install it! The smart scan is amazing, the app is great and easy to use, I recommend!

Cons:

Actually none. Since IOS app last update which fix most of bugs this is now perfect ! Missing a livechat support but hope its planned

Simple, easy to use, very good administration features, easily adaptable to each kind of company... it's worth the price due to all the time we save thanks to this app.

Cons:

Sometimes a bit sluggy, but it's really far from crippling ; and ergonomics can be improved on some screens (but again, it's not dramatic)

Let me save time on travel expenses organization covers all personalization needs so far Easy to use and fast to share with the rest of the team

Cons:

it's a bit time consuming the modification of the xls file after it's generated , would appreciate if I could select the fields to add or not in the xls during the generation
