Corpay vs Stampli: Which is best for you?

I am able to confidently submit payments with Nvoicepay and know that if a Vendor happens to not receive a payment I can simply notify the support staff and they will reconcile it.

Their customer support is useless, offering copy-paste responses that dodge accountability rather than solving issues.

They are continuously improving the AI and other capabilities in the system, and customer support is super responsive if you do run into issues or have questions.

There are few downsides, but the "bot" that scans bills and auto-fills accounting fields sometimes struggles with unusually-formatted vendor invoices (i.e., hand written, etc.), or to distinguish between vendors with identically formatted invoices.
