Plastiq is the real deal!

Pros:

The customer support with this company is top tier. If ever I had questions or concerns, there was someone there to assist. The ease of use and integration process was fairly simple as compared to others. The software is a great value for the money. Two of the best features are invoicing and payment processing.

Cons:

Although the software is great, the only downside is the processing time. As a small business, I need and rely on payments to be processed quicker than 7 business days. Hopefully that can be improved in the near future.

Pros:

The feature that attracted us to Plastiq was we could use credit cards to pay vendors who do not accept them or charge a higher percentage than we would pay Plastiq.

Cons:

The fee is reasonable but could be a little lower to match some other competitors out there.

It’s an easy-to-use platform that has been pivotal in helping our business grow. We use Plastiq to make sure we can keep more working capital on hand by paying with our credit card. The flexibility to use them for all payment types though, allows us to manage most of our cash flow through the one platform. Plastiq is a hidden gem in all the ways you can use it to help your business.

Cons:

Currently, they have their software and customer service down pat!

We have been strong advocates of Plastiq for years. We use Plastiq to take advantage of various credit card rewards and its easy-to-use interface for our business payables. Plastiq offers both domestic and international payments with credit cards and integrates well with our AP software. We could not recommend enough!

Plastiq is continually upgrading their product, do not have any Cons.

My check payment never arrived to recipient, poor customer support, no tel contact

For the reason I used them, the experience was terrible. I am out a significant amount of funds, no way to find out what happened to my payment, or where the check is currently and my project has been on hold now for more than 2 weeks since they did not deliver the contractor the check, and now I have been pushed to the back of the line for my project to start. First time user, and not so sure it is worth it if this is how they do business.

Plastiq automated your cashflow management

I've used Plastiq for years and even with the fees I find myself continuing to come back to the service.

I love how I can set-up vendor for payment and then automated it each month. I can swap in and out credit cards to maximize rewards.

Ease of payment processing with multiple options

Overall, my experience with Plastiq is very good. Payments were made as shown in the final screen during payment and nothing is hidden in terms of charges and/or any criteria for payment processing.

Easy to navigate and select options, secure transactions, dashboard shows all previous activities and provide option to repeat the same option without filling out all the details again.

Cons:

Some vendors, companies did not show up during search but those companies have agreements with Plastiq for payment processing and I receive the link from those vendors to carry out the payments. This was weird as if the vendor has an agreement with Plastiq then that vendor should show up during search.Another thing I don't like is that if I want to pay tomorrow then there is no option available for urgent processing of payment.
