    This is the tool that I've been waiting on for years!

    I can give my staff their own company cards to make petty purchases like software or staff drinks. It's possible to set various types of limit on their card (I've not used this feature though) as I only put a small amount on each card at a time. The main benefit of this is that where I used to get weekly printed out expense forms with receipts stapled to them that I'd have to go through, photograph and reconcile in Xero, now my employees simply have to remember to take photos of their receipts and I can upload directly into Xero. Boom.

    Pros:
    No more staff expense form nightmare to deal with at the end of each month! When we started using Xero a number of years ago the fact that I didn't have to store loads of receipts and spend my Sunday evening adding them to a spreadsheet was a godsend. It's frustrated me ever since that I couldn't let my staff use the app to take photos of their receipts and automatically enter them into Xero. Now I can! It literally saves me 4 -5 hours of horribly tedious work inputting receipts every week.
    Cons:
    The mobile app should have more features for admin control - it's frustrating that I have to use the online dashboard to add funds to an employees card.

    Posso confermare che l'introduzione delle carte Soldo nella nostra azienda ha radicalmente semplificato la gestione delle spese. La fruibilità è eccezionale, sia per me che per i miei colleghi: la possibilità di assegnare carte nominali con budget predefiniti ha eliminato la complessità dei rimborsi e dei giustificativi cartacei. La gestione facilitata si nota soprattutto nel pannello di controllo centralizzato, che offre una visibilità in tempo reale su tutte le transazioni, rendendo il controllo della spesa rapido ed efficace. È un vero sollievo in termini di tempo e risorse amministrative.

    Cons:
    Ci sono stati dei passaggi che hanno creato problemi, ad esempio l'introduzione di un iter approvativo che non recepiva anche le spese fatte dal giorno prima la nuova configurazione. Tuttavia questo processo sembra essere stato risolto.

    It's easy to order new cards. Apple Pay support is nice. It's easier to manage cards compared to legacy banks.
    Cons:
    The reporting within the Pro plan is absolutely inacceptable. The report that our accountant uses produces a PDF where you cannot read the invoices that we attached to the transactions in good quality. Soldo told me that we have to upgrade all(!) users to the Premium plan. But we do not need the features of this plan. We just need a simple report where you can actually read the invoices. Furthermore, Soldo changed their pricing structure. Previously we paid per card, but now we need to pay per user. This means that we pay for users, who do not need a card (accountants for example). This was a frustrating change for us.

    Reasons for choosing Soldo

    When we initially signee up for Soldo, it had a better price compared to other providers. Since Soldo changed this, it might no longer be the case.

    I find the reporting features a bit limited for more advanced financial analysis. Customer support is helpful but can sometimes be slow in responding.

    Awful, slow unhelpful customer service, we reached out weekly limit on the money we could withdraw, the ups this afternoon complaining, then hit the monthly limit, they raise this after complaining, now hit yearly limit £5k and they won’t raise this and say we have to wait for another year until we can start withdrawing again…. Useless awful company

    They put limits on the amount of money you can withdraw on a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly basis…. Why it’s our money and we want it out

    What I like the most is for sure the customer service that multiple times helped in a timely manner in resolving any issues we incurred. Also the software is super easy to use and the reporting is very hellpful and clear.
    Cons:
    I would like to see improved new products, such as debit cards to be used from employees as gifts.

    A good tool for card management

    Overall the tool is usefull for managing card for separate users, it is not good if you want to create card to pay online tools for a whole department

    From the admin side is easy to create, block and manage card, from the user side the card is quickly accessible both via browser and via app
    Cons:
    Sometimes the cards are not acepted on some website, I think this is due to the type of card created (debit, credit ecc.)

    Soldo was essential to launching my new business

    I operate an on-demand wine business that partners with small independent stores. When first launching we provided each of our partner stores with a Soldo Mastercard, which they used to charge my company for the wine before it left their store. Using Soldo gave our first few stores piece of mind that they would get paid. It was also very quick and easy to add additional cards when we signed up new stores.
    Cons:
    Having to manually move money from the central account to each individual card. An auto topup feature would be great. The app is user focused, rather than admin focused. There is currently no way to manage accounts via the app.

    It has hugely improved our process regarding work expenses, making the whole process much smoother.

    As an employee its so helpful to be able to pay any work expenses directly and add any receipts necessary directly onto the app. Makes expenses so much easier.
    Cons:
    It would be great if you were able to pay via apple pay using soldo making transactions even easier if you have not got the card with you
