It is one of the fi nest fintech solution for virtual cards as well as the expenses management. Dashboard has clear view for tracking the business transactions with out any problem. Customer support is really quick. It gives the API so that we can easily integrate with our accounts system. We can add 3d secure or MFA in our virtual cards for fraud preventions. It gives high grade security and very pocket friendly solution.
Cons:
Sometime performance issue faced related to transaction processing. Needs to be more adding third party integration with finance tools.

This alternatives doesn't integrate on an invoice level with our ERP for job costing which lead us to duplicate work bringing complications.

I like Wallester because It’s popular with small and medium businesses that need to manage team spending efficiently, they are fintech platform focused on business card issuance and expense management, offering physical and virtual Visa cards, the platform is very much user friendly and it’s features works smoothly and quickly while on use.
Cons:
What I like least about Wallester is its Support for certain currencies and countries is limited like not all regions or currencies (like USD or PLN) may be fully supported and also its pricing, while the free plan is generous, advanced features like whitelisting merchants or branded cards may incur higher fees, and some users might not be fit in.

The receipt storage is a great feature. Also, the upload functionality in the mobile application is amazing and really saves time.

It simplifies our accounting process and enforcing spending policies. Shared cards and manual expense reports move slow and lack transparency. Wallester provides tight control over how corporate spending.

We manage several different SaaS subscriptions and use Wallester to create dedicated cards for each vendor. For team expenses, members just log in, check their expenses and upload receipts. That's it and they're done, which is a huge plus for adoption.
Cons:
Their system tends to be sluggish when pulling out complex reports at the end of the month. It works out but could be improved.

Reasons for switching to Wallester

While Ramp is good, we needed more flexibility on the API side to build some custom approval lows. Ramp was too rigid for it.
