      Fantastic experience with Purple Pass

      A+. I remember when I was looking for a new company and the one I chose wouldn't answer their phones-they told you to talk to the "group," the way G--gle does, rather than be of help. When I finally reached someone, she said she could help once only. I was a potential new customer, and she didn't care. Horrible experience. Purple Pass is the antithesis of this experience. The people are so knowledgeable and friendly, and it's obvious that comes from the attitude of the [sensitive content hidden], who has been fantastic throughout the experience. Can't say enough good things about this company. Then as a topper, we get paid within a few days of our event end. Amazing!

      How responsive their team is when I need help. If I can't reach a person because of the time difference, they promptly call me the next morning. They've always been able to assist me with whatever I needed, and are endlessly cheerful in doing so. I have a great IT guy who has suggestions and they are open to listening and implementing his ideas, if they already didn't have it in the works. Terrific company!
      Cons:
      It's a programming issue. When we have a group discount offered, if people mix types of tickets, it doesn't encompass all the tickets. They have to be all the same type for it to work. This needs to be updated. Otherwise, no complaints. I love my rep, [sensitive content hidden].

      Purplepass is a smart choice for your venue

      Purplepass has been an amazing find for our organization. We were looking for a ticketing system that would being just as intuitive for us as it was for our audience, while also being const efficient for both, and Purplepass could not be beat.

      Purplepass is a fairly intuitive platform, easy to navigate and it takes no time to set up a new event. Their system is deigned with both the customer and the customer's audience in mind. Their staff are always prompt and friendly and incredibly helpful when you have a question. Best of all, the cost to our organization is zero, Purplepass service fees are minimal and can be absorbed by your organization or passed along to the audience member, so we just adjust out pricing to offset those small costs.
      Cons:
      We have had no significant issues. Purplepass has made adjustments for us as we needed them to and are working on updating some things that we had asked them about, again showing that they are responsive and have their customers best interests at heart.

      AudienceView took fees from us every month on top of a fee per ticket, and their system was not nearly as organized or intuitive as Purplepass. The team at Purplepass was very responsive to us and made us feel at home.

      Purplepass is very user friendly, and it's also easy for me to set up when creating events. I direct plays and musicals and they make it very easy to sell tickets and receive payment.
      Cons:
      I wish there was a way to set up an event for one day at multiple times. For example, a play that shows at 3pm and 7pm. In order to do this, I have to create multiple links.

      Purplepass is the most user friendly ticketing site we have used. The support received is top shelf and always has been. Implementing this into our events was very easy and the number of features Purplepass is right up there with all the rest. We frequently use Purplepass for events especially in and around the bigger cities but the smaller markets are just as easy to integrate with our systems as well.
      Cons:
      Can't use it enough. The Purplepass system is the easiest system we have used.

      We especially appreciate the ease with which we can post events and develop ticketing options, with how-to videos conveniently embedded in the relevant sections of the template. And patrons have commented on the ease of buying tickets through Purplepass, not always what we heard before we switched. We also appreciate the wide variety of report customization options, because they ensure we can access whatever information we need and present it in whatever form is most useful for communicating with staff, board, or advertisers and funders. Probably the feature we appreciate most is the exemplary customer service. Reps respond immediately (and patiently!) with clear, helpful answers, and the resources in the online help center not only aid with specific issues but offer valuable guidance and tips for improving the ways we do business.
      Cons:
      In nearly two seasons, we haven't encountered any serous issues, particularly because Purplepass representatives have always helped us solve any problems quickly and effectively.

      The performing arts department box office at the college that partners with us uses Purplepass. To make selling tickets to our events an efficient process for them, we switched to their system, and we've discovered plenty of advantages in making the change.

      We’ve been using Purplepass for over three years now to manage ticketing for our dance showcases, which regularly draw close to 1,000 attendees—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Purplepass has offered an incredibly streamlined and user-friendly ticketing system. Setting up events is intuitive and quick, and the platform offers great flexibility in customizing ticket types, pricing tiers, and event details to suit our unique needs. Our guests consistently tell us how easy and seamless it is to book tickets, whether they’re purchasing online or at the door. One of the standout features for us has been their ticket scanning device, which has made on-site check-ins much more efficient. With large crowds arriving in waves, speed and organization are critical—and Purplepass has absolutely delivered on that front. The scanners work smoothly and reliably, helping us keep lines moving and our guests happy.       I don't even come close to using many of the features offered by PurplePass. However those that I do use are super easy. I was really impressed when I had a unique reserved seating plot that they turned around in less that a day.
      Cons:
      Good or bad, they are always working on updates. Occasionally, an update will create an unforeseen problem that might take a while to fix.

      My overall experience with Purplepass has been great all around. If there is a problem, I will contact my rep about it and there is always a fast response back with reasoning or a solution. I have thought about transferring to Eventbrite or Ticketmaster because they are more popular, but you can't beat Purplepass pricing and customer service.

      I like how fast their customer service is. If I have any problem at all, I email my rep and he gets back to me within the day.
      Cons:
      We have two different Purplepass websites and it gets confusing remembering which one we use. Some of our guests order tickets through the widget we put on our website, and others order through the purplepass website, which I have no idea how they get access to that one.

      Purple Pass has phone service to assist our patrons. I also love how responsive our rep is when we need help. The interface is easy to use and it doesn't take long to set up an event.
      Cons:
      The reporting is a bit cumbersome and it's not as easy as I would like to get the information that we need.
