In the past I could get someone by phone which is helpful for complex situations, but now they try to route you to AI assistance, and promise to call you back… I have now been waiting 4 days for a call back. And I can’t even use the AI system to get assistance on another issue because it just keeps taking responses… but not responding.

However I know platforms that provide more functionality cost around seven to ten times as much and in any case those functionalities are not really needed for a small charity like ours
