- Bonsai has everything you need to run a freelancer or small business operation all in the same UI, without having to add apps or move into different interfaces.
- They are not scaling to support that type of customer, and it’s too easy for them to find new ways to grab more money for the same or fewer features, some of which don’t work.

- Overall I like Zoho invoice because both my partner and I can use it on the mobile app so we can take orders and send the invoice to the customer in real time.
- What I don’t like so much about Zoho is that it can be very difficult to have a perfect accounting of invoices and revenues. As we divide revenues in three categories, but have almost 60 items.
