Absolutely simple to set up and apply to our site. Has provided an incredible resource for our readers to help them find what they're looking for quickly. For us, it provides a window into the minds of readers to show us exactly what information they need, as well as, what information we need to cover.

Cons:

We had a few snafus at the beginning with crawling our site - but customer service was phenomenal and really helped us get up and running fast!

Cons:

the ease of access to a vast amount of personal data and content make me feel a bit uneasy on how safe this could be in case something goes wrong

An excellent tool that presents constant evolutions and many features.

The experience was good, I'm still trying to make the tool deliver more detailed answers in some contexts, instead of pointing out where the requested information is within the source knowledge base.

Thanks for sharing Adriano! We hope to add support for scanned PDFs at some point in the future, but there are also so many resources that do OCR for free right now! We are always trying to improve answer quality and depth so if you have some specific examples you could share we'd be happy to investigate.

The most appealing feature to me was the ability to upload your own data for it to learn. The search feature is getting better and is pretty useful.

Cons:

The uploading of my own data for my search didn't work...ever. The search function, while it's useful, is also confusing.

Important step towards an easy integration of AI into our membership relations management

We started out of curiosity. It was a great experience right from the start. We didn't need to involve developers or administrators of our webpage. It worked right away.

It was easy to integrate into our webpage. So, we can support our front desk employee and also give 24/7 replies to frequently asked questions.

Cons:

Some of the new and cool features are not available on the smallest contract.
