About ReadySetAuction
ReadySetAuction is a cloud-based bidding management software designed for small and midsize nonprofits. It offers donation management, guest management, event websites, mobile bidding, cashiering and payment processing within a suite.
ReadySetAuction features donation management, which allows users to select items for bidding, list them on the bidding portal and track in-kind gifts, consignments, sponsorships and cash donations. The product also allows users to design mobile-responsive bidding sites using built-in templates. ReadySetAuction supports three different types of bidding: standard, max bidding and immediate purchasing.
The seating management feature lets users track and sell tickets for bidding events. The software updates ticket availability in real time, which can help avoid overbooking. Users can also track the status of tickets sold using the dashboard.
Pricing is per year. Support is offered through an online portal.

I love Ready, Set, Auction and have not only recommended it to many people but have also had many people who participated in my events ask me about it. I highly recommend the telephone customer service with the package. I honestly think that should just be added into the cost and included, because you can save yourself hours of stress and frustration with one quick call. Their phone customer service is very good. One thing I like most about RSA is that they are very responsive and if you have an idea or a request for a change, they are very likely to listen and actually change it! That is rare. Much better than the systems I used to run events at much larger organizations. Money well spent. We eliminated the need to do a live auction AND a silent auction by putting all our big ticket items in a mobile auction!

Best all around product for everything I needed, event management with donor base info, online website, ability to put sponsors logo's on website, online sponsor options, online tickets and most of all Mobile Auction with flexibility on how long the auction can stay open.

That system was much more complicated than necessary and did not include a Mobile Auction possibility.

Our org doesn't use RSA for auctions since we don't have them. Instead, we purchase the software as a service for the schools in the district to use for their fundraising.

Good software for simple events- not great for complex needs

Overall, I like the product. I feel like it does what I need as far as event auctions go. Unfortunately my organization decided to go with a different product that "does more" for their events. The biggest thing they were looking for is ways for guests to check-in online before the event and ensure that a card is saved on file.
