We can take care of dues payments, as well as ensure event tickets, and donations are all in one place. #### Cons It was a bit of a learning curve to use initially. I also wish it were better integrated in our internal Fraternal systems. #### Vendor response Earl, two years in and a 10/10 means a lot, especially coming from someone who's seen the org evolve over 20 years! The integration piece is fair, and we're actively building integrations with fraternal management systems, so stay tuned! Currently, our organization does not pay for per diem accounts (we are grandfathered in), however, if we want more accounts we have to upgrade to Pro (which is a ridiculous amount of money). #### Vendor response Hi Hayden, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Everything is pretty user friendly. The features that are going to be of most benefit to our organization are easy dues collections, as well as easy account ownership transfers. I also like the fact that the Essentials plan doesn't have a flat fee to use it. There are only costs to certain activities that are based on use, such as if you need physical debit cards or the merchant fees associated with taking payments. #### Cons Some of the desired features, such as sub-accounts and recurring payments, are only offered on the pro plan. #### Vendor response Hey Christopher, thank you so much, this really made our day!
