Easy to virtual schedule financial support inventory control digital marketing summary of indicators

Cons:

It is a multifunctional tool but the cost is not so cheap and I think they could develop more tools related to E-commerce

Su funcionamiento es fácil, intuitivo , es más barato que muchos otros y el hecho que todo sea on line y en varios medios como la app y la página web puedas consultar tu agenda es lo mejor

Cons:

Es un software aun con fallas, luego no aparece el nombre de la cita si la haces en la app y en versión web no sale , le falta muchas cosas, como agregar propina a un cobro, una ficha del cliente más completa, le falla en la venta de bonos, sus reportes de estadísticas no son buenas , la opcion de mandar correos a los clientes , no lo puedes personalizar, no sale la hora y fecha que los mandaste, entre otros

Porque fue la opción más sencilla de uso y barata , su vendedora fue amable y me dio buenas promociones a parte que me dieron costos reales y no como shortcuts que ya que contestaste sacan varios costos ocultos para tener todos sus aditamentos que te ofrecen, al hablar a shortcuts fueron honestos y me gusto eso

Porque el software para que tenga una función de agenda en línea necesita que tu computadora esté prendida 24/7 para que tus clientes puedan agendar porque la computadora tiene una función de servidor , y aunque es un softwares muy completo es un producto muy caro , con contrato forzoso y poco funcional si requerimos servicio on line

GREAT PLATFORM/ DEFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It's a frustrating feeling when you have a problem and it REALLY makes you regret hiring it. But the platform among others works really well for our bussines. If they can only hear what users are complaining about and take action in providing better customer service, that would make all the difference.

I love the platform and how well it solves my daily business operations. It has great scheduling, control of products, sales, marketing, you have all the information of your bussines in one place

Cons:

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOMETHING THAT THEY CAN IMPROVE 100% , AT THE MOMENT YOU HAVE A PLATFORM ISSUE THEIR RESPONSE TAKES FOREVER AND THEY DONT READ PROPERLY YOUR ISSUES. SO IT BECOMES A FRUSTRATING MOMENT.

lo que mas me gusta es su fácil uso y entendimiento, me encanta que sepa diferenciar perfectamente los diferentes servicios y que deje agrupar otros, que puedas ver las estadísticas diarias y la facturación de años anteriores si necesitas comparar.

Cons:

que me da muchos fallos a la hora de borrar facturas y lo que menos menos menos me gusta es que los SMS de recordatorio para clientes no sean gratuitos ya que la aplicación ya es costosa de por si. tampoco me gusta que el paquete básico no admita ni siquiera a un trabajador mas, entendería que si fuesen mas si pero solo por uno no me parece bien, creo que dos personas son las mínimas que deberían dejar en el paquete básico.

Me gusta mucho que puedo revisar estadísticas de mis horarios y servicios más o menos vendidos, conozco también exactamente cuando gastó cada cliente en mi empresa. Hay muchas funcionalidades que dan pautas para crear estrategias de ventas en base a promociones o packs ya que me baso en el comportamiento real de mis clientes.

Cons:

Lo más complicado fue crear servicio por servicio con el detalle de cada uno, ya que Bewe no tenía habilitada la función para importar la información de mi anterior agenda digital.

Pese a que Antes usaba una versión gratuita decidí contratar Bewe porque la situación de los centros de belleza se vio muy afectada con la pandemia y necesitaba poder crear estrategias eficientes y eficaces a corto plazo y Bewe fue el software más completo que encontré; además la atención al cliente es excelente y para mi eso es muy importante

TERRIBLE - DO NOT EVEN BOTHER

JUST ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. I don't even know how they are keeping clients/making money off this.

NOTHING. The only thing I can say is the price they will work with you and we had over 10 staff so it was cheaper than Vagaro.

Cons:

Since day 1 there were so many bugs, we brought this to all of the staff assigned to our account at least 4-5 times over 3-4 months and NOTHING was fixed. Every week we would have a follow up and there was always some excuse. The appointments disappear, when someone books online the appointment won't show up for like 5-10 minutes so you could end up double booking people.

Mindbody was expensive and wanted to charge us through covid while we were not using the software.

Visualmente es muy facil de controlar la gestion de los clientes que nos visitan, la aplicacion de usuario es intuitiva y practica para generar mayor trafico a nuestros locales.

Cons:

Hay detalles importantes que podrian ser personalizados pero su implementacion es complicada. Dependiendo el sistema operativa la busqueda en la base de datos puede tornarse lenta.

Not recommended if you want to avoid worrying about bothering your clients all the time

Customer service is "lacking" to say the least. Not friendly at all, no solutions ever - always the fault is of the customer

It's kind of easy to use for the administrator and for the user.

Cons:

Payment processing is a nightmare. Half the time the transactions don't go thru and they have changed the payment gateway a couple of times and then the users have to enter their credit card number again. In my case this resulted in lost income.

They over-promise and under-deliver, have lots of bugs and its constantly having errors.

Had a lot of hopes since the seller was over the top of all the features in the software but have been really disappointed.

Its easy to use, has a intuitive platform, useful reasorces and fast answering customer support.

Cons:

Customer support answers quickly but doesn't not offer a real solution. The app never works, and you have to constantly restart the program to function properly. Solutions are offered but never implemented and you have to be daily contacting customer support for a new bug or error in the system.

Pros:

It looks like once you get it set up it would be good, but it's so glitchy now I have little faith we'll actually get it done. They have misspellings and wrong titles for columns in their Excel upload which makes it annoyingly difficult.

Cons:

The help to get set up is slow and painful. You run into an issue or bug every other step, and it takes someone 1/2 a day to get back to you with answers.
