Amaka vs ZappySys SSIS PowerPack: Which is best for you?

They are really helpful which is great because a lot of small businesses don't have IT support so its wonderful to know we can rely on Amaka for the software services they provide.

The screen sharing in Zoom sometimes would not let me type in the boxes and I would have to stop sharing to type and then screen share again.

The support service is excellent and very fast. If I have a question about using their tools, like which tool within the SSIS power pack, is the best tool to use to solve a particular problem, they will help and make suggestions.

Sometimes the widget interfaces aren't communicating very clearly the information needed for the configuration. While Zappysys did an amazing job (most vendors never include this in their product) including examples, links and even help text, some of these screens contain over 100 pieces of information and sometimes it's hard to know which 1 or 2 or 7 things need to be filled in and when and why.
